Apartments are offered with a basic finish — for you to complete to your own design — or turnkey, fully finished. The planned timeline for Act 16 (permission for use) is the end of 2026 to the start of 2027.

What is the maintenance fee?
The fee for the entrance and common areas is symbolic and covers cleaning of the stairwell, electricity for the lift and lighting in the common areas. There are no extra charges for pools, spa or security — such facilities are not part of the project.
Is staged payment possible?
Yes. The standard scheme is: deposit on signing → instalments tied to construction stages → final payment at Act 16 (permission for use). We agree the exact percentages and deadlines individually, depending on the apartment and the stage at which you join.
Can I buy if I am a foreigner?
Yes. Individuals who are EU citizens can buy an apartment directly in their own name. For non-EU citizens, a company is usually registered in Bulgaria and the purchase is made through it. We support the whole process — from choosing an apartment to the notarial deed.
What is the rental potential?
A furnished one-bedroom apartment in Ravda, a 7-minute walk from the beach, performs well for short-term rentals during the busy summer season. Actual income depends on the furnishings, the period and how the property is advertised. We can prepare an individual estimate based on comparable properties in the area.
