4 listingsWhy Nessebar
Nessebar is a town with year-round life, not just a resort. It has schools, a hospital, shops and restaurants that stay open in winter. The beach is within walking distance from most areas, Sunny Beach is a few minutes away and Burgas Airport is about 30 km away.
That is why Nessebar attracts both people who want to live here and investors who rent out their property in summer.

Areas of Nessebar
- Old TownThe UNESCO-protected peninsula. Houses and apartments rarely come up for sale, renovation and building are restricted, and the price per square metre is the highest in the municipality.

- Cherno More district (1, 2 and 3)Residential blocks for year-round living. Most properties with no maintenance fee and the lowest prices in town are here.
- Kokalu and AureliaA newer part about 1 km from the beach, with new buildings and plots for houses.
- Holiday complexesGated complexes with a pool, security and reception, often with sea views. Good for summer rentals, but with an annual maintenance fee.
