4. Viewings and negotiationWe show the property, answer the buyers and negotiate the best price. The decision is always yours.
5. Documents and notaryWe prepare the preliminary contract, check the documents and accompany you to the notary.

Before we start, we agree the terms in writing in a brokerage agreement.

Which documents you need

• Title deedThe notary deed or other document by which you acquired the property.
• Tax assessmentIssued by the municipality where the property is located.
• Cadastral sketchFor the individual unit.
• Certificate of no debtsFor the maintenance fee, if the property is in a complex.
• Act 16For new buildings.

Selling from abroad?

You do not need to come to Bulgaria. The deal can be signed with a notarised power of attorney, and the money is transferred by bank. We help with the documents, the translation and the legalisation.
